concept
A molecule is a group of two or more atoms, which can be of the same or different elements, chemically bonded together.
These bonds create a unit that exhibits unique properties and behaviors, fundamentally influencing the physical and chemical characteristics of matter. For example, the water molecule, composed of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom, plays a crucial role in our lives.
It exists in the air we breathe and within our bodies, acting as a universal solvent and medium for numerous biological processes.
In a similar way, the artwork reflects the interconnectedness inherent in molecular structures. Just as water molecules are bound together by hydrogen bonds and interact through frequencies, the artwork is designed to represent these connections through visual and sensory experiences. The forms and colors in the artwork are carefully crafted to evoke a sense of fluidity and harmony, mirroring the way molecules interact and influence each other.
The artwork aims to evoke personal and individual emotional responses, much like how each molecule's behavior can be unique based on its environment and interactions. By engaging with the artwork, viewers experience a reflection of their own inner states and connections with others.
The intention is for these personal experiences to resonate collectively, creating a shared understanding and emotional response.
INSPIRaTION
Coming from a culture where various psychedelic plants are used responsibly within cultural contexts, my experiences with natural medicine have deeply informed and enriched my work.
The abstract forms I create are a direct reflection of these experiences.
This project is rooted in the observation of nature, contemplating both the macro and micro scales.
Through this artwork, I aim to evoke emotional responses and provoke contemplation.

"Molécula" opens up a space for reflection, inviting us to investigate the perspectives it offers and to delve into what our collective consciousness may reveal.
After experiencing "Molécula," viewers can engage by sharing their thoughts and responding to a questionnaire.
